No weld truck roof rack. I ve used this material before for lots of things and wanted to give it a shot. I don t own a welder so that wa. I attached it to the factory roof rack with u bolts and locktite lock nuts.

I have a lincoln pro mig 135 using their standard flux core 035 wire and have alot of trouble welding 1 2 1 emt conduit used for home projects. Line up the emt in welding position holding it in place as required. There wasn t any welding involved.
